“I wear fake glasses and carry newspapers just to feel what it would be like to be Superman."

Did you steal something when you were a kid? Do you secretly hate your best friend’s boyfriend? Do you like to dance and sing in front of your mirror when no one’s around? It doesn’t matter, because you can write whatever you want on your postcard and no one is going to arrest you for confessing online.

The Internet has turned into a confessional as people of all ages are telling their deepest, darkest secrets to millions of strangers. PostSecret.com is rewriting the way we confess.

PostSecret is an online, social, art project in which people anonymously mail their secrets on an original, homemade postcard to the creator, Frank Warren.

Secrets range from “When I don't want to file things at work...I shred them instead," to “When I was seven years old I had to pick out a rapist from a line-up.” The most popular topics for secrets are about intimacy, embarrassing habits, criminal activity, humor and desires.

I think PostSecret is a great outlet for people, troubled or not, who are in need of a good laugh and are looking for a connection to something in the world. PostSecret continues to grow and is here to stay.
